Popy’s Culinary World
Healthy Food is fun
Chef Popy thinks that traveling is one of the best ways to learn about food, because you get to observe the people, their land and the ingredients they have access to. Through this observation their dishes make sense.
She travels to a country looking for their food markets and restaurants, soaking in food traditions.
She’s been to over twelve countries in the Americas, Asia and Europe.
With the exception of special holiday workshops, Popy enjoys making groups of lessons focusing on different regions. “We submerge into a country for about 4 sessions, talk about culture and ingredients,
and the origin of the dishes”.
